Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our clients’ IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, cloud environments, backups, and core business systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring system availability, performance, and security across multiple client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows servers, workstations, and core IT systems.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
Oversee system updates, patching, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Support cloud and hybrid environments.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of client users and devices.
Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Work closely with cybersecurity and support teams to ensure secure and stable environments.
Provide escalation-level technical support when required.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
Experience with backups, virtualization, and basic networking concepts.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and remote management tools is an asset.
Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.
